We're looking for a Permits Coordinator to join our team at our Virginia depot.If you're organised, proactive, great with people and enjoy keeping things moving, this could be the role for you.About the roleWorking closely with our Permits & Planning teams, you'll coordinate traffic control permit applications and help ensure approvals are received within deadlines.
Your day will include:Coordinating permit applications and following up approvalsLiaising with Local and State Government authorities and stakeholdersManaging inboxes, databases and accurate recordsProcessing bookings, invoices, payments and data entryProviding professional customer serviceTracking and reporting weekly KPIsWorking with the wider team to meet deadlinesWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is organised,
reliable and takes ownership of their work.You'll bring:Administration or data entry experienceStrong computer and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesA proactive, adaptable and team-focused approachTraffic management or permit experience is preferred but not essential.
