About the roleAs Motel Manager, you'll be the face of the Seaton Arms Motor Inn, leading reception and housekeeping to make sure every guest has a great stay from booking through to departure.
You'll manage the motel's RMS system, drive sales and occupancy, and report to our General Manager - Operations on budgets and performance.What you'll be doingWelcoming guests and creating a great first impression at check-in and check-outManaging bookings, room rates and availability through the motel's RMS systemDriving revenue and occupancy against budget and annual targetsCoordinating room servicing and leading the housekeeping team to a high standardPromptly resolving guest concerns and complaintsLiaising with our marketing, finance, maintenance and HR teams to support motel operationsCoaching,



training and rostering the reception and housekeeping teamsWhat you'll bringExperience in motel or accommodation management (preferred)Confidence with RMS or similar booking softwareA First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)Strong organisational and communication skillsA professional, guest-first attitude and outstanding attention to detailThe ability to work independently and handle weekday, weekend and public holiday shiftsYou'll be part of a proud, long-standing Albury institution that's investing in its people and its future.
