Job Description
PU-FAM PTY LTD is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist clients under the NDIS framework in Nedlands and surrounding suburbs. This permanent part time role focuses on person-centred care, daily living assistance, and community participation.

You will promote independence, support with personal care, meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and coordinate with families and carers. Valid checks and a current driver's license are required.
