What You Will Be Doing
n
n
Manage SDLC methodology including Business Case, Requirements Gathering, Solution Options, Design and Implementation of solutions
n
Work with and train users to leverage SRG systems to meet business objectives
n
Participate in all sprint ceremonies that include refinements, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, showcases
n
Map as-is and to-be business processes as part of the requirements gathering process
n
Analyse detailed requirements from business areas, working closely with business stakeholders and other key areas to refine their requirements in preparation for Sprint Planning
n
Assess business process gaps and articulate the business requirements and end-to-end process design to the project team, including the provision of quality documentation and diagrams
n
Assist the business areas to develop acceptance criteria
n
Support the project team during the detailed design and build phases
n
Support the planning, testing and implementation of the business changes
n




Support the Test Team to develop and execute functional test cases
n
Providing appropriate on-call after hours support in line with SLAs
n
n
About You
n
n
You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and consulting skills
n
Proven ability to engage with internal customers to gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, solution options, design, architect solutions and implement solutions
n
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality documentation - ability to 'tell the story'
n
Strong process mapping and process design skills
n
Strong understanding of retail and business processes
n
Experience with project management methodologies and SDLC
n
Ability to explain technical systems, problems & outcomes to non-technical people
n
Excellent communication skills – listening, written and verbal
n
Cross Functional experience re Merchandise, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Omnichannel, HR, Finance, Etc
n
Experience working with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, etc.
