About the Role:
n
In this varied and hands-on position, your responsibilities will include:
n
Manage day-to-day financial administration including bank reconciliations, expense claims, accounts payable, and month-end journals and reconciliations
n
Assist with the preparation of compliance documentation such as tax returns, financial statements, and activity statements
n
Support general client administration tasks related to accounting and finance operations.
n
Liaise with third parties including consultants, external providers, and other service partners when required
n
Complete assigned tasks within allocated deadlines and time budgets, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
n
Collaborate with teams across the business to provide financial support, clarify information, and assist with accurate reporting
n
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the accounting and finance team as required
n
About You:

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or student looking to step into the workforce and build meaningful, practical experience.

We're looking for someone who:
n
Has recently completed (or is studying towards) a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
n
High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
n
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
n
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
n
Exposure to Xero or other accounting software is advantageous but not essential
