Job Description
Mpower is seeking compassionate Residential Support Workers to assist children and young people in our Out of Home Care homes in Warrnambool, Victoria. You will provide protected, consistent and person-centred support, helping youths develop life skills and independence.

Join a dedicated team with opportunities for training, career progression and a commitment to trauma-informed care. This permanent role involves a 24/7 roster, including evenings and weekends, based in South West Victoria.
