Job Description
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking a Senior Lawyer to provide strategic legal advice across employment and commercial law, with a focus on governance and compliance for a Commonwealth statutory agency in Australia.
You will work within the Legal Services Section and mentor junior staff.
You will lead complex advisory work, draft and negotiate key agreements, and coordinate with external providers in line with CPRs and national policies.
