SMA Australia is seeking a Project Assistant to join our Large-Scale team.
This office-based role is hybrid, combining time at the North Sydney Head Office with some work from home, and it is offered on a full time basis.
You will support Project Managers with planning, execution, and delivery, maintain project systems (Monday.com, Salesforce, SharePoint), prepare presentations, and coordinate documentation and milestones across departments, contributing to on-time, on-budget project outcomes.
