You'll be delivering beautiful beauty treatments and building real expertise alongside a team who'll actually invest in getting you there.Casual or permanent part-time - your choice, with ongoing regular hours either wayAbove-award pay, plus superannuation paid on everything you workReal,



ongoing training - both in-house from our expert team and external training specific to how we do things at LillyKey responsibilitiesA full range of beauty services - waxing, facials, spray tanning, lash lift & tint, chemical peels and moreExpert application of lash extensionsReception and PA-style support for our Director, RNs and wider teamClient consultations - working out what they actually need and building a plan around itHands-on with the latest tech: body sculpting & tightening, microdermabrasion, dermaplane, LED light therapyBuilding genuine relationships with clients who keep coming backBringing a results-driven mindset - once you're settled in, we'll set clear targets together and make sure every client feels looked after, not just processedRecommending the right home-care products and regimesGeneral clinic upkeep - cleaning, restocking, answering calls and emails, keeping the treatment room immaculateSpotting the latest social trends and creating content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok - yes, that includes getting in front of the camera yourselfAbout YouCertificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy - this one's essentialIndustry experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker - we'd genuinely rather find the right person than tick a boxGenuinely invested in the wellbeing industry,
