Job Description
CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to assist older Australians at home in Hornsby and surrounding suburbs.
You'll provide personal care, meal prep, light household tasks, and social support during daytime visits (Mon–Fri, around 2 hours per client).
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) and current First Aid/ CPR are preferred, with a valid NSW driver's licence and insured vehicle.
