Lendlease Construction is looking for a Supervisor to join the team in Melbourne's North Western suburbs and support the delivery of a long-term Data Centre project.
This is a 4-month contract opportunity where you will work closely with a team of Site Managers to help ensure site operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management
Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation
Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors
Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow
Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials
About you
Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification
5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role




Basic understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable)
