Due to continued growth and robust enrolments, we are seeking a suitably qualified Japanese Teacher to join our teaching team.The role involves delivering Japanese language classes to adult learners in small group settings, following an established curriculum and teaching framework.
Training and academic support are provided; however, teachers are expected to demonstrate strong adaptability and the ability to engage adult learners effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Japanese language classes to adult learners in groups of up to 8 studentsTeach in accordance with the school's approved curriculum and lesson plansPrepare and deliver engaging,



structured lessons suited to adult learnersAssess student progress and provide constructive feedbackMaintain accurate class records and attendanceParticipate in training, academic meetings, and professional development activitiesFoster an inclusive, positive, and motivating learning environment.Skill & ExperienceSkills and Experience RequiredA minimum of 1 Year experience teaching Japanese as a foreign language, preferably to adult learnersHigh-level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, appropriate for instructional deliveryAbility to explain Japanese language concepts clearly to non-native speakersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage small group classes effectivelyAdaptability and willingness to align with established curriculum and teaching methodsQualificationsMandatory – A Japanese Teacher Certificate with an additional bachelor-level qualification in education/linguistics/communication or equivalent.Applications open on 22 September **** and close on 22 October ****.
