About the Opportunity
We're partnering with ahighly regarded international law firmto recruit an experienced Events Manager to join its national Events team.
Reporting to theHead of Marketing - Events & Sponsorships, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events professional to take ownership of a diverse and high-profile portfolio within a top-tier professional services environment.
Fromclient breakfasts and cocktail functions to intimate dinners, webinars, firm-wide celebrations and larger strategic events, no two projects will look the same.
You'll manage multiple events at different stages of planning, with a particular focus on Melbourne-based events while also having the opportunity to contribute to national initiatives.




Events are an important part of the firm's client and business development strategy, so this is a role where your work will have genuine visibility and impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing events from concept through to delivery across a diverse corporate events portfolio
Coordinating multiple events simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, logistics and suppliers are all managed effectively
Working closely with senior internal stakeholders, clients and external suppliers
Delivering Melbourne-based events and supporting selected national initiatives
Managing and developing one direct report
Preparing event plans, run sheets, budgets and post-event reporting
Identifying opportunities to continually improve the event experience and ways of working
Working collaboratively with the broader Business Development & Marketing team
