Tokyo Doll, a Japanese-inspired restaurant in Byron Bay, is seeking an experienced Cook / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen on a full-time basis.
You will work across the menu, assist with preparation and service, and help maintain the high standards we demand.Between busy evenings and weekends, you'll uphold food safety, contribute to stock control, and support seasonal menu development.
