In these roles, you'll partner with the company Director on remedial, forensic, diagnostic, defect, facade, and waterproofing projects for local strata, residential, commercial, and industrial clients.This is an opportunity to join an established, growing business with share and equity incentives as the business continues to grow and invest.

and prepare detailed design documentation for remedial and new-build projects.Investigate and analyse failures across residential, commercial, and industrial structures.Prepare detailed written reports documenting the cause of distress or failure, the extent of loss, and recommended remediation measures, including reports for litigation.Draft documentation detailing rectification and remedial repair solutions for onsite construction issues and damaged structures.Oversee project management of remedial building rectifications to ensure high-quality outcomes and on-time delivery.Provide tailored recommendations and innovative solutions to complex structural, waterproofing, and facade challenges.Develop and implement structural monitoring system plans, including analysing and reporting captured data.Why apply:A rewarding remuneration package commensurate with your experienceMentorship from the Director with over 20 years of industry experience.A supportive, small business culture that values you as an individual, not just a $.
