We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our busy manufacturing site in West Footscray.
This is a great prospect for someone who has around 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance or quality control and is looking to develop their career further.
Working closely with our Quality team and production operations, you will support the day-to-day implementation of our food safety and quality systems.
This is a hands‐on role, so you will spend time on the production floor as well as completing quality documentation and administrative tasks.Key responsibilitiesComplete routine quality and food safety checks across productionMonitor GMP, hygiene and housekeeping standardsComplete quality inspections and record resultsAssist with environmental and product testing programsMaintain quality records, registers and documentationAssist with investigating customer complaints and non-conformancesSupport corrective and preventative actionsAssist with internal audits and preparation for external auditsFollow HACCP, GMP and food safety proceduresAssist with updating SOPs,
