As we scale, we're looking for a driven Sales/Account Manager to own our client relationships and help us win new business.The RoleYou will be the Account Manager for a portfolio of 24 solar companies to start, leveraging dashboards and reporting data to deliver performance updates and strategic insights for your clients.
Simultaneously you'll be hunting for current business opportunities through direct outreach strategies.
You will have Philippines based team leaders and managers reporting to you as you drive coaching, leadership, operational and performance outcomes across the teams.What You'll Be DoingManaging and growing relationships with existing Australian solar clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retentionLeading,
coaching and performance-managing a Philippines-based team of Appointment Setters to consistently hit targetsDeveloping and executing sales strategies in consultation with the CEO to drive new revenueIdentifying and closing new business opportunities via various direct outreach channelsManaging pipeline and performance data through Salesforce and other high tech sales enablement software and AI capabilitiesCollaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client deliveryWhat You Bring3+ years in sales management or account management — solar industry or B2B sales experience MandatoryProven track record leading high-performing sales or appointment setting teamsStrong communication, leadership and coaching skillsHands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalentEntrepreneurial drive - comfortable working very independently and making decisions in a fast-moving environmentProven track record in cold calling and other direct outreach / lead generation tacticsNice to HaveExperience managing offshore or remote teamsFamiliarity with advanced sales enablement toolsWhat We Offer$100,000 base salary per annumUncapped commission on new business — your ceiling is yours to setA real leadership role with a growing company, not a corporate middle-management seatCollaborative, entrepreneurial culture with direct access to the CEOProfessional development and genuine growth opportunities as the business scales
