Apex Masonry is looking for an organised, motivated and reliable WH&S; & Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a varied administrative role responsible for coordinating company vehicle administration, insurance claims and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) support. You'll work closely with management, external providers and our team to ensure compliance, safety and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate company car servicing, maintenance, registrations and inspections
Manage insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
Liaise with insurers, repairers, service providers and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records, registers and documentation
Assist with WHS administration, incident reporting and compliance activities
Coordinate communication with external WHS advisors
Prepare reports and provide administrative support to management
About You
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with insurance claims, administration or WHS is desirable but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using computer systems
A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
