Job Description
Ngwala Willumbong Aboriginal Corporation in Richmond, VIC, is seeking a Complex Case Worker to provide intensive, culturally protected case management for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with complex needs.

You will collaborate with NRCH's AOD Outreach Team and MSIR to deliver in-reach and outreach support, conduct holistic assessments, and connect clients to health, housing and wrap-around services.
