About The Role?
n
Reporting to the Support Services Coordinator, you will provide high-quality front-line client service and reception support. You will coordinate enquiries and
appointments,maintainaccuraterecords,
andassistclients through intake, onboarding, ongoing
serviceadministrationand
offboarding. You will also support clinicians, operational leaders,
satelliteofficesand
agreed improvement projects.

What you'll be doing

Client service and reception
n

Provide welcoming and responsive service to clients, visitors and stakeholders.
n
Support daily clinic operations, scheduling,
clienttransactionsand
enquiries.
n
RepresentClearSkyprofessionally
and escape matters appropriately.
n
n
Client administration and service management
n
n
Support client intake, onboarding, transferand offboarding activities.
n
Collect,prepareandmaintainclient




and clinical information accurately and confidentially.
n
Keep files,databasesand administrative records complete and up to date.
n
n
Operational and team support
n
n
Provide
administrative,operationaland
project support as directed.
n
Collaborate with clinicians and operational staff to support service coordination.
n
Support satellite-office, workplace,expoand
eventlogisticswhenrequired.

Business improvement

Identifyopportunities
to improve front-line interactions and administrative workflows.

What we are looking for

Essential capabilities

Current Australian driverlicence.

Highly regarded

At least one year of experience in a medical, allied health, alliedpracticeor similar service environment.

Undergraduate qualification in business, alliedhealthora relatedfield.

Screening requirements

Queensland BlueCard, orwillingness and eligibility to obtain.
n
Yellow Card issued by Disability Services Queensland, or willingness and eligibility to obtain.
