Manager - Low-Code & Automation
to lead the delivery of workflow, automation and digital solutions for our clients. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical delivery with leadership, client engagement and capability development while working across a range of low-code and automation platforms. What You'll Do n

Lead the delivery of low-code, workflow and automation solutions across client engagements.

Configure and build applications, workflows, integrations and business process solutions.
n
Work closely with architects, analysts, testers and client stakeholders to deliver practical business outcomes.
n
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
n
Support solution design, delivery planning and technical decision-making.
n
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
n
Contribute to client engagement activities, solution workshops and delivery governance.
n
Explore and apply emerging technologies, including intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions.

You'll bring a combination of technical capability, delivery experience and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in:

Low-code, workflow or configurable application development.
n
Process automation and workflow design.
n
API integrations and connected business systems.
n
SQL and relational databases.
n
Agile delivery environments.
n
Leading workstreams, mentoring team members and working directly with clients.
n
Translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
n
n
Experience with
Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath, WorQ, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mendix, OutSystems, Nintex
or similar technologies will be highly regarded.

To be considered, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance and successfully complete a National Police Check. Experience working within government, consulting or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.
