Calma is recruiting for a massage and/or beauty therapist and team trainer to join our exceptional team of therapists.

The spa therapist + treatment trainer role is ideal for an experienced therapist wanting to work in a calm, supportive spa environment.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for all things spa, skin and wellness and a successful working history as abeauty/dermal/massagetherapist.
What your week will look like:
Loving working with together with a team of incredible therapists
Maintaining 5 star standards and presentation across entire the entire business
Excelling at client rapport + multi-tasking with a smile
Taking ownership of the role with creativity and passion
Working confidently + independently in the treatment room and also at the reception desk
Confidently creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education
Inducting new therapists with care and enthusiasm
Supporting the team with ongoing education and training
Most importantly creating a happy and collaborative work environment for all
The spa therapist + treatment trainer role is ideal for an experienced therapist wanting to grow into a leadership role.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for all things spa, skin and wellness and a minimum of 3 years' experience.

Excelling at treatment training and maintaining of protocols and training manuals

Updating, implementing and documenting processes and policies relevant to treatment training
