Essity is seeking a Maintenance Leading Hand for our Springvale site in Melbourne.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll drive equipment reliability, coordinate daily maintenance activities, and mentor trades personnel to improve asset performance.
You'll spend ~80% on the factory floor troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, with ~20% on planning, leadership, and system administration, supporting TPM and continuous improvement programs.
