About Us:
Cowra Veterinary Centre is a 2.5-vet rural mixed practice located in the central west of NSW.
We have a relatively new purpose-built clinic, so everything is well designed and works really well.
Our caseload is approximately 3/4 small animal and 1/4 large animal (beef cattle, horses, sheep, dairy cattle).
We are open 5.5 days per week and offer an after hours emergency service.
We run a branch practice in a nearby town two days per week.
We have a small, happy, and harmonious team (6 vets, 12 part-timereceptionists/nurses).
We believe in the importance of a good work-life balance (work to live, not live to work) so operate on a 4 day work week roster for our full time vets and nurses and we encourage positive mental health practices.
Continuing education is strongly encouraged for all staff.
