Job Description
Opal HealthCare is seeking a Head Chef to lead the food services team at Tingira Hills Care Community in Mount Hutton, NSW, delivering nutritious, high‐quality meals to residents while upholding food safety and aged care standards.
You will design seasonal menus, mentor the kitchen team, manage budgets and stock, and create a dining experience that supports residents' wellbeing, with a weekday day roster.
