Job Description
Cluey Learning is seeking a Sales Team Leader for inbound enquiries in Sydney CBD.
You will lead a ***** person Learning Advisor team, focusing on converting warm leads into enrolments and ensuring students start lessons.
You will coach advisors, manage pipeline, and use data and CRM reporting to spot gaps and optimize performance.
This hybrid role requires three days on site in Sydney and two days remote, with a base salary plus commission and an OTE around six figures.
