Job Description
This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping people organised and making sure things get done. You will work closely with our CEO, support the day-to-day running of the office and provide backup across key finance and administration functions.

Key responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the CEO and help manage competing priorities
n
Manage meetings, appointments, correspondence and follow-ups
n
Coordinate documents, approvals and items requiring the CEO's review or signature
n
Help prioritise incoming requests and ensure important matters are followed through
n
Prepare and coordinate clear written responses and business correspondence
n
Take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office
n
Welcome visitors and assist with reception and general enquiries
n
Coordinate office supplies, stationery and other administrative requirements
n
Liaise with IT providers and other external suppliers
n
Assist with correspondence, documentation and administration relating to EPA Victoria and other regulatory requirements
n

About you

Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
n
A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English. If you can speak Persian this will be highly advantageous
n
Confident preparing professional emails and correspondence
n
Proactive — you follow things through rather than waiting to be reminded
n
Comfortable working directly with a busy business owner/CEO
n
Experienced in office administration, executive assistance or office management
n
Comfortable working with basic bookkeeping, payroll and financial administration
n
Confident using Microsoft Office and learning different business systems
n
Professional and welcoming when dealing with customers, suppliers and visitors
n
Based in Dandenong or surrounding areas, with reliable personal transport
n
