Job Description
Optus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) for the Tuggerah team in Australia. You will support the Store Manager to foster a high‐performing, customer‐centric culture and coach staff to deliver outstanding experiences.

You will lead by example, oversee daily operations, manage escalations calmly, and drive performance through engagement and learning, contributing to Optus' inclusive, growth‐driven setting.
