Job Description
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to take ownership of our Melbourne office on a part time basis (two half-days per week). This role suits someone who thrives on independence — you'll be the person who keeps the office running smoothly, spots problems before they happen, and builds a workplace culture people enjoy being part of.

Key responsibilities

Manage facilities requests and liaise with building management and contractors
n
Track and follow up general facilities faults before they become bigger problems
n
Coordinate IT support and make sure all equipment running smoothly
n
Administer access cards for staff and visitors
n
Coordinate Fire Warden and First Aid Officer coverage
n
Manage kitchen supplies — stocktake, ordering, and vendor relationships
n
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier coordination
n
Manage visitor experience — greeting, sign-in, meeting room setup
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar coordination role
n
Highly independent — comfortable owning a broad remit with minimal supervision
n
Proactive by nature — you anticipate issues and act before they elevate
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
Strong communicator, comfortable liaising with contractors, vendors, and staff at all levels
n
Current First Aid certificate, and Fire Warden training or willingness to obtain
n
Based in Melbourne, with the flexibility to be on-site for the two half-days
n
