The Role
n
We are seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join a citrus packing operation in Red Cliff, VIC, within the horticulture and fresh produce industry. This is a hands‐on role working in a fast‐paced packing shed where you will safely operate forklifts to move pallets, fruit bins, and materials across the site. You'll play a key role in supporting packing operations and maintaining efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
n
This role supports packing shed operations through safe and efficient forklift use.
n
n
Operate forklifts safely within a busy packing shed environment
n
Load and unload pallets of citrus from trucks and packing lines
n
Transport fruit bins, pallets, and packaging materials across the site
n
Stack and store pallets accurately in designated areas
n
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
n
Competitive pay rate of $***** per hour + penalty rates
n
Seasonal role for approximately 2-3 weeks
n
High earning potential with approximately ***** hours per week
n

Your Skills & Experience
n
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced forklift operator with a strong focus on safety.
n

Current High Risk Work Licence (LF) (essential)
n
Previous forklift experience in warehouse or packing environments preferred
n
Ability to work in a fast‐paced and physically active environment
n
Reliable and able to commit to the full season
n
Strong attention to detail and secure work practices
n
Team player with good communication skills
