Ray White Werribee is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in Werribee.
n
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys property management but also wants to be part of a well-supported team where you can focus on managing your portfolio and delivering great service — without having to do everything yourself.
n
As a Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties while building strong relationships with Rental Providers, Renters and service providers. You'll be supported by dedicated teams across Leasing, New Business and Routine Inspections, giving you more time to focus on your portfolio and your clients.
n
After probation, the role also offers the flexibility of 1 work-from-home day per week.

What you'll be doing
n
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters
n
Conducting ingoing and outgoing condition reports
n
Responding promptly and professionally to Rental Provider and Renter enquiries
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotes and managing contractors
n
Managing rent arrears and ensuring rental payments are monitored
n
Ensuring properties and processes remain compliant with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
n
Managing lease renewals, notices and general tenancy matters
n
Working collaboratively with our wider Property Management team to provide an exceptional client experience
n
What we're looking for
n




We're looking for someone who is professional, organised and takes pride in the service they provide.
n
You will ideally have:
n
Previous experience in residential property management
n
Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
n
A proactive approach to problem-solving and dispute resolution
n
The ability to work independently while being a solid team player
n
Confidence using property management software and computer systems
n
Experience with PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate is preferred
n
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to properties as required
n
