Job Description
Ingersoll Rand Asia Pacific seeks a diligent Customer Care Centre support specialist to liaise with customers and ensure timely provision of products and services, handling clerical duties and admin tasks.

You will initiate AirCover service requirements, coordinate with the Regional Service Coordinator, and support the Regional Service Manager with customer enquiries while maintaining solid relationships and accurate records.
