What We're Looking For
Proven Leadership – Led and developed teams in retail environments with exceptional results.
Customer-Centric Mindset – Focus on outstanding service to every customer.
Retail Expertise – 4+ years of retail experience, at least 2 years supervisory.
Sales-Driven – Consistently increased sales and profit.
Strategic Thinker – Identify opportunities and tackle challenges creatively.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with system and tools.
Flexible Availability – Work weekends, evenings, holidays as needed.
