Mater Research is seeking a Clinical Trials Team Leader to provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Oncology stream within the Clinical Trial Unit. This full time, 38-hour-per-week role is a two‐year fixed-term position based at the South Brisbane campus and will drive quality, compliance, and workforce planning.

The role requires an experienced leader with nursing or related qualifications, AHPRA registration, and ICH GCP certification.
