Job Description
Breakthru is seeking a Career Coach to support participants in Cairns & surrounds into meaningful employment. You'll assess strengths, build confidence, tailor employment plans, and connect people with inclusive opportunities in the community.

You'll partner with employers, deliver disability awareness training, and help organisations adopt inclusive hiring practices while meeting performance KPIs. A driver's licence is essential and experience in employment services is valued.
