Calibre Resourcing Solutions is searching for an experienced Civil Site / Project Engineer looking to build their career in North Queensland.
n
This is a permanent opportunity suited to someone who genuinely enjoys being on the ground delivering projects, not someone looking to move away from construction into a purely design-focused role.

Location: Cairns, Townsville or anywhere in between
n
Residential role - NO FIFO
n
Typical Monday to Friday working week
n
Travel to project locations will be required depending on works
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
n
TMR road project experience is mandatory. Equivalent interstate road authority project experience may also be considered (NSW RMS, VicRoads, WA)
n
Bachelor of Civil Engineering
n
Minimum 3+ years post-graduate experience in civil construction
n
Current White Card
n
Current C Class Driver Licence
n
Strong practical understanding of construction delivery and project controls
n
Experience working across different aspects of a project rather than being limited to one function
n
Willing to get in, help the team and do what needs to be done to deliver the project
n
n
Highly regarded
n
n
5+ years TMR project experience
n
Experience as a named project resource under TMR contracts
n
QLD TMD qualification
n
RPEQ, provided your career has remained focused on construction rather than design
n
n
Practical project experience, capability, attitude and a genuine passion for construction are particularly important. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute, build a solid regional reputation and be part of a hands-on project team.
