Job Description
Centrecare is seeking a Case Worker - ReSet to deliver throughcare support within the Adult Justice Reintegration Service. The role focuses on assessments, case planning, counselling, and collaboration with partners to support rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders.

Engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is essential, with a commitment to safety planning, risk management and culturally appropriate service delivery.
