Position Description
n
Reporting to the Project Finance Administrator, the role will include but not be limited to:
n
n
Assist in collating the invoices
n
Sending reminders to clients
n
Basic invoices
n
Reconciliations of shared services inputs
n
Consolidate incorrect / unallocated remittances
n
Weekly and monthly reporting to the Project Finance Administrator
n
Assist in spreadsheet checks and finalising
n
n
Ideal Candidate
n
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / collections role, as well as the following attributes:
n
n
High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
n
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
n
High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
n
Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
n
