We're looking for a friendly and proactive Client Care / Admin Representative to join our Ballina and Lismore hearing clinics.You'll be the welcoming face of the clinic, supporting clients on their hearing health journey as part of a supportive team, with full training provided.This is a permanent part-time role, working Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, offering great work-life balance with long weekends every week.We're seeking someone who is eager to grow with us and build a long-term career.Who are we?

What will you be doing?
As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic.
You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists,
including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clientsGreeting clients at the clinic and updating client recordsAssisting with client and doctor enquiriesAnswering clinic phone calls and emailsProviding basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devicesAccurate billing of appointmentsOther general office dutiesWhat do you need to be successful in this role?
A passion for delivering an amazing client experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patienceDemonstrated experience working within a team environmentDemonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative servicesExcellent problem solving skillsWhy work with us?
