As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will require: n
n
Minimum
5 years' experience
as a Contract Administrator delivering luxury residential, multi-residential or Class 2 high-rise projects.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
n
Experience managing subcontract procurement, progress claims, variations, EOTs and cost reporting.
n
Sound understanding of
NSW Class 2 compliance
, including the Design & Building Practitioners (DBP) Act.
n
Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage project finances from procurement through to completion.
n
Candidates based on the
Southern Gold Coast, Northern NSW
