Where you'll make an impact
n
n
Maintain, repair and install electrical systems across Hamilton Island infrastructure (resorts, airport, marina, restaurants, bars, apartments, wildlife park and more)
n
Test and tag electrical appliances
n
Carry out maintenance and repairs to whitegoods, AV systems, motors and pumps
n




Service and repair commercial kitchen and laundry equipment
n
Ensure reliable power and lighting across the island
n
Respond to call-outs as part of the on-call roster
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You're a qualified electrician with strong problem-solving skills, experience across a wide range of equipment, and a collaborative, positive approach. You take pride in delivering safe, efficient work and understand the vital role you play in creating a great experience for our guests, and when the tools are down, you're ready to enjoy your time off in a tropical island paradise.

To be successful, you'll need
n
n
QLD Electrical Work Licence – Electrical Mechanic (or ability to transfer from interstate)
n
Minimum 2 years' full-time trade experience
n
Open/unrestricted manual driver's licence
n
White Card (Construction Induction Training)
n
Working at Heights certification
n
Current CPR/LVR certification
n
Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
n
Willingness to participate in an on-call roster
n
