Programmed Skilled Workforce is partnering with a global leader in height safety and fall protection systems, to recruit a Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator for their QLD operation in Luscombe.
This is a hands-on warehouse position suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in getting the job done accurately and safely, and is comfortable working independently when required.

About the Role
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operation across picking, packing, receiving, dispatch and forklift duties.
While forklift operation is an important part of the position, the majority of the role will be focused on picking, packing and general warehouse activities.
You will work closely with the wider team to ensure stock is received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receive, check and put away incoming stock
Load and unload trucks and containers
Operate an LF forklift safely and efficiently
Move and handle long-length materials, including products up to 6 metres
Prepare orders for dispatch
Assist with freight and delivery requirements
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stocktakes/cycle counts
Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Follow company safety, quality and warehouse procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as required




Work independently when required while contributing to the wider warehouse team
About You
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
You will ideally have:
Current QLD (Or Australian Equivalent) Driver's License
Previous warehouse, stores, logistics or dispatch experience
Experience operating a forklift safely and confidently
Experience handling long or bulky materials, ideally up to 6 metres
A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Positive attention to detail and accuracy
A safety-first approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Previous experience with ERP or warehouse systems would be advantageous
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, aluminium or similar environments would be beneficial, but is not essential.
