Frontline Recruitment Group – North Lakes QLDAbout the ClientOur client is an international specialty retailer sitting at the intersection of sport, streetwear and licensed fashion, with a product range built around some of the world's most recognisable sporting teams and cultural influences.With a brand-new North Lakes store opening in October, they are looking for a Store Manager to lead the launch, build the team and create a high-energy store environment from day one.Whether you're a seasoned Store Manager who genuinely loves the product category or a newer Store Manager at the beginning of your leadership journey, there is flexibility to consider the right person.About the roleLeading a team of approximately five, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance and culture of the store.You will:Recruit, lead, coach and motivate a new retail teamHelp establish the store culture from opening dayCreate an energetic and engaging customer experienceDrive performance and keep the team focused on daily goalsMaintain robust visual merchandising and presentation standardsManage stock, replenishment and day-to-day store operationsSupport rostering, training and team developmentConnect with customers who genuinely love sport, streetwear and the productWhat you'll bringPrevious retail leadership experience as a Store Manager,



Assistant Manager or strong 2ICConfidence leading, motivating and developing a small teamA hands‐on approach and love of being on the shop floorStrong customer service and communication skillsGood operational capability across stock, merchandising and daily store routinesEnergy, personality and the ability to create a great team environmentA genuine interest in sport, streetwear, sneakers, fashion or pop culture will be highly regardedWe're open to different levels of experience.
