We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment activities across our growing retail network.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the early stages of the recruitment process, including application screening, candidate communication, initial interviews and interview coordination with hiring managers.
You will play an important role in maintaining a smooth, timely and professional recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.This position is well suited to someone with previous recruitment coordination, HR administration or high-volume recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple recruitment priorities at the same time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage job advertisements and candidate applications across recruitment platformsReview applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirementsConduct initial phone screening and first-round interviewsCoordinate second-round interviews with relevant managersMaintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment processKeep candidate records accurate and up to date in internal systemsSupport recruitment campaigns across the retail network during peak hiring periodsAbout YouPrevious experience in recruitment, HR administration, recruitment coordination or a similar role is preferredExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsConfident communicating with candidates by phone, email and in personStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate informationAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environmentProactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
