At The Salvation Army, we're looking for an Administration Support to join our Mission Portfolio Operations Team.
You'll play a vital part in supporting programs, services, and initiatives that help strengthen communities and transform lives across Australia.About The RoleAs our Administration Support, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day operations,
providing comprehensive administrative support across the Mission Portfolio.
From coordinating meetings and events to managing correspondence, finance administration, onboarding activities, and office operations, you'll ensure our teams have everything they need to succeed.No two days will be the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and delivering exceptional support.Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, this is a permanent full-time position, (permanent part-time negotiable at 0.8 FTE), based on-site at the Territorial Support Office in Blackburn, VIC.ConditionsCompensation is in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 2.How You Will Make An ImpactCoordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookingsPrepare professional correspondence, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutesSupport finance processes including invoice management, reimbursements, and data entryAssist with onboarding new team members and maintaining office resourcesManage databases, records, reporting, newsletters, and general administration activitiesBuild solid relationships across teams while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of your workWhat You Will BringCertificate III in Business Administration (desirable) or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in administration, office coordination,
