About the role
As a Program Educator, you'll help create engaging, safe and meaningful experiences for school-aged children before school, after school and during school holiday programs.
You will:
Create fun, engaging and inclusive experiences that reflect Jabiru's philosophy and the My Time, Our Place FrameworkBuild genuine, trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues and school partnersSupport children's wellbeing, inclusion, agency and voice through play-based experiencesContribute ideas and enthusiasm to a positive team environmentWork collaboratively with your team to deliver a high-quality OSHC programFollow policies,



procedures and compliance requirements with a strong focus on child safetyHelp create a space where every child feels welcomed, valued and connected
About you
You genuinely enjoy spending time with school-aged children and understand how key OSHC can be in a child's day.
You are:
Warm and approachable, with a genuine interest in children and their wellbeingA strong communicator who builds positive relationships with children, families and colleaguesCollaborative, respectful and comfortable working as part of a teamCreative and curious, with a willingness to try new ideas and experiencesReliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to child safetyOpen to learning, reflection and professional growthSomeone who wants to contribute to a workplace where people feel safe, included and valued
What you'll need
You'll have one of the following:
Certificate III in School Age Education, Early Childhood Education, Education Support, Youth Work or another qualification recognised by ACECQAOr an equivalent qualification, including more than one year of full-time university study in areas such as: Education, Creative Arts Drama, Music, Community Services, Behavioural Science, Nursing, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Sport & RecreationA current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
