This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on dealing with people, and wants to build a long-term career within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its staff.Working alongside project managers, estimators, trades and customers, you'll play a key role in managing insurance claims from first contact through to completion, ensuring a positive experience for clients during what can often be a stressful time.What you'll be doing:Acting as the first point of contact for customers lodging insurance claimsManaging high volumes of inbound and outbound phone callsCoordinating trades, estimators and project teamsScheduling inspections, make-safe works and repair activitiesManaging claim documentation and updating internal systemsLiaising with insurers, customers and contractors to ensure smooth deliveryFollowing up outstanding actions and maintaining service level agreementsEscalating and resolving issues while providing exceptional customer serviceEnsuring all claims are managed accurately and within required timeframesClaims AdministratorLocation: SydneySalary:
