Your Role
As a Gaming Attendant, you'll primarily work within the gaming lounge,



ensuring all gaming operations run smoothly and compliantly while delivering friendly, professional service to every guest.
Where you'll make an impact
Operate and monitor gaming facilities including pokies, TAB, and KenoProvide excellent customer service within the gaming loungeEnsure compliance with Responsible Service of Gambling requirementsProcess transactions accurately and handle cash securelyMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environmentAssist with food and beverage service if required during quieter periodsEngage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
What we're looking for
You are a confident and approachable hospitality professional with proven gaming experience and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
To be successful, you will need:
Proven experience in gaming operations including pokies, TAB, and Keno (essential)Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)Current QLD Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate (essential)Strong communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude and attention to detailFlexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekendsOpen driver's licence preferred
