About the Role
As the face of Stegbar, you'll guide customers through their building and renovation projects by providing expert product advice and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll assist homeowners,
builders and trade customers with product selection, quotations and sales enquiries while supporting the wider sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide product advicePrepare quotations and process sales transactionsManage showroom, phone, email and online enquiriesFollow up leads and convert opportunities into salesSupport Sales Representatives with quotes and administrationMaintain a professional and inviting showroom presentationDeliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
About You
You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll bring:
Experience in a customer service, retail sales or showroom environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsGreat organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsA positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
