Farm Foods manufacture in the FMCG space working with the likes of Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and independent retailers.
We produce gourmet barbeque meats for these major retailers and pride ourselves on quality.We are looking for an experienced accounts officer to join our finance team with strong experience across Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll.The role will be permanent part time 4 or 5 days per week in office (adaptable on hours per day)Reporting to the Finance Manager, the accounts officer will be responsible for:Administration of day to day financial transactions including invoicingAccounts ReceivableAccounts PayableProcessing of employee expense reimbursementsInterdepartmental communication relating to financial mattersCore competencies:Demonstrated ability to collaborate with othersStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent MS office skills, strong computer literacyAbility to multi task and work under pressureHigh degree of attention to detail and accountabilityExperience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred but not essential)Experience with accounts payable / receivableUnderstanding of manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
